What Sort Feed does, where it works, and what each plan gets you.

Sort Feed is a research tool for short form video. Open any creator in your niche and the same grid comes back with the outliers first. From there you can bulk download the videos, transcribe them, and export it all into a spreadsheet you can build a content plan from.

Scrolling shows you what someone posted. Sort Feed shows you what actually worked, with the numbers on every card. Click any Instagram post and it opens in a player with the caption and the full stats beside it, so you can dig into why it landed. Then it does the part scrolling cannot: it pulls the videos, transcripts and metrics out into a spreadsheet.

The outlier score is the standard way to tell whether a video really broke out, or whether it only looks big because the account is big. It is a post's views divided by that creator's own median views. A 10× score means ten times their usual numbers, so a small creator with a 20× post is a stronger signal than a million views that were a normal day for someone else. Free, on all four platforms.

Instagram profiles, Reels, Posts, Explore search and Saved. TikTok profiles, search, Favorites, Liked and collections. Facebook reels, including saved reels and your own. YouTube Videos and Shorts.

No, and no. Sort Feed only reads what the page you are already signed into has loaded, and sorts it in your browser. It never posts, likes, follows or saves anything to your Instagram account, so the creator has no way of knowing, and a refresh puts the original feed back.

Four things, and only when you click them. Transcription sends the audio and sends the text back. A Google Sheets export sends the rows, because the sheet has to be created inside your Google account. Similar accounts sends the Instagram profile you sorted, so the accounts like it can be looked up. Save sends the post you saved, and keeps it with a copy of its cover and video in your Sort Feed account. Everything else stays on your machine.

Yes. An export carries the profile, a link to each post, the date, views, likes, comments and the caption, plus shares and saves where the platform has them, plus transcripts once you have run them. CSV, JSON, Excel, or straight into a new Google Sheet.

Yes, on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Downloads are watermark free and unlimited, even on the free plan. Transcripts are Pro and unlimited, and Select mode runs a whole sorted grid at once. YouTube has neither for now.

Yes, on Instagram. Click Save on any reel, photo or carousel and it is kept with its numbers and caption, even if the creator deletes it later. Sort what you save into collections, export it, or share a link. Free holds 50 saved posts, and Pro has no limit.

Free is a working tool, not a trial: the latest 25 posts or one week of content, with every sort, every export and unlimited downloads. Pro is unlimited sorting. Take the latest 50, 100, 200 or 1,000 posts, your own number, or everything a profile has ever posted, over any date range. Pro also includes unlimited transcripts, right in your exports, at $10 a month billed yearly or $15 month to month.

Open Sort Feed from your browser toolbar and sign in with the email you paid with. Pro unlocks straight away and the Pro tag appears at the top of the popup. There is no licence key to paste, and Pro follows your account, so a second computer works the same way.

Yes, from your billing portal. Pro stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for, then you drop back to the free plan. Everything you exported or downloaded is yours to keep.

No. Sort Feed installs from the Chrome Web Store and runs in Chrome and the other Chromium browsers, including Edge, Brave and Arc. It needs a desktop browser extension, so there is no Safari version and no mobile app.

Email taher@sortfeed.com or post in the Discord. Requests from users are where most of the roadmap comes from.
